Steve built us an almost 10,000 square foot house in WPB around 4 years ago that we remain very happy to live in. He was physically on the job site every day - not delegating it to someone else, supervising subcontractors and always coming up with little improvements that could be made on the fly - from minimizing the sound of water in pipes, to adding extra outlets, planning ahead for generators, developing ideas for tongue and groove ceilings without having to pay a decorator - all value added. Having done spec building as well, he was also a good sounding board as to where we would get a return on our money if we ever had to sell the house versus potentially overspending. Lastly, he had a detailed planning and budgeting process with bi-weekly meetings to keep our project on track and within budget. We were very involved in the building process and Steve was also happy to discuss every question we had (which were a lot!). The fact that Steve still has good relationships with his former clients from when we toured houses with him speaks volumes about how those clients feel about him!

Steve is a genuine and honest contractor. He became part of the family as we built our house for two years. He is still accessible if anything that comes up. His office was always responsive to all our questions. My wife is an interior designer and he worked well with her and her wishes. He was very fair through out the process. Steve did a great job on our remodel/Expansion of our house in West palm Beach. He is attentive to detail and easy to work with as was his day to day supervisor. It is hard to find good builders in South Florida and I would recommend Steve without reservation.

His attention to detail and his ability to forecast potential issues way ahead of time, whether you're in the blue print stage or on the job site, is unmatched. When you get his bid number and his time line for a job, it is accurate. If a different contractor comes back with a lower number or a faster time line, they are lying to you. Steve Cury and his team did an extraordinary job managing our complex condo gut renovation. The project began during Covid and had to comply with building work rules which limited construction to the summer months. As a result, the project spanned two summers, but Steve and team were able to split the work into two stages, allowing us to enjoy the apartment during the intervening winter. With the installation of custom molding throughout and special touches including a fireplace, the work was extensive, the the end result is spectacular.
