About Us: Stephen Cury, a second-generation custom home builder and general contractor with over 20 years of construction/real estate experience. For a decade, Stephen served as the Vice President of Construction and Development for The Cury Group in Palm Beach, Florida. He managed luxury townhome projects on-site, overseeing development. He collaborated with 100+ subcontractors on projects collectively valued at over $30 million. Stephen’s expertise ensures top-tier quality and results.

Drawing from his rich experiences and values, Stephen Cury established SEC Construction & Development, Inc. in 2003, now known as STEVE CURY CONSTRUCTION. At that time, SEC Construction & Development was primarily involved in developing and building boutique residential builds and spec projects in up-scale communities in and around the West Palm Beach waterfront areas. Throughout this time, Stephen was involved in numerous custom construction projects with owners including complete home renovations, additions and new construction “turn-key” homes. Stephen’s commitment to excellence shines through in every project, blending hands-on construction management, unwavering client service, and unwavering integrity.
The Cury Family currently resides in the Palm Beach Gardens area and lives happily with his wife and three children. Stephen graduated from Florida State University in 1994 with a B.Sc. and holds an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He’s a licensed Florida General Contractor and Real Estate Broker.
